Leatherfoot Raider cap faction wrong.
 

I noticed a note in the last patch regarding the Leatherfoot Raider Skullcap, but it appears it still needs to be tweaked. Although the patch notes state the quest turn in requires amiable, the quest giver responds to the proper text at apprehensive.

Fixed, pending update.
