I havent played P99 for some time but i was involved with the whole "poopsock" on a raid mob for nearly 8 months. I look back and am happy i was able to "move on" from p99. I have had good experiences with GMs most of my time playing and raiding.

The one situation i would like to discuss was when DA was poopsocking innoruuk. We sat there and nobody had a SS showing they were first on the spawn .Anyway inny spawnd and Amothiel (DA wizard) took innys DT. Rogean came and "checkd logs" and said Amothiel indeed took the DT but when she died he "reset" and aggroed the competing guild. I just dont get how a mob can "reset" with 60 people right under him, and scrolling auto target and attacking.

Anyways in all my time playing EQ this was the only thing that has bothered me.

Why do you want to discuss something that happened over 6 months ago? Between 2 guilds that aren't even really around, save for a few randoms with the tag.

I was there, and yeah - I think we should have had that kill/loot - but at the end of the day it doesn't matter. Management called the play. The end.

Probably because the targetting is, for all intents and purposes, random, and we were all being such cunts that Rogean was sticking to the exact letter of the rules because he wanted to provide some disincentive for us acting like children. If it's impossible to say who will have first aggro, it behooves us to figure out a way to cooperate.

Personally I thought it was lame that we leapfrogged Transcedance after they did all the work.

Wait, didn't this just happen to Fusion the other night at Trakanon? Was thier GM intevention for that?
