Blank Server List
 

I have an issue where the server list is Blank. Its happening more frequently to the point where it may not work for hours. As a test I've tried my VPN. This can fix it sometimes, but even while on the VPN this can also happen.

Steps I've tried so far:
Relogged a bunch of times (didnt fix it)
Restarted EQ (didnt fix it)
Restarted WinEQ (didnt fix it)
Started EQ without WinEQ (didnt fix it)
Reinstalled EQ (didnt fix it)
Use a VPN (sometimes fixes it)


Has anyone experienced this issue? If so how did you fix it?

Edit: Im using the windows client, on a wired connection

Are you using wifi? A small amount of latency can cause this issue

https://github.com/Zaela/p99-login-middlemand fixes (or helps fix, with a VPN) the problem on Linux (and maybe Mac?), but if you're on Windows it won't help.

Are you using a router that has built up a large log file? Could try clearing the logs

Wouldnt hurt to try reseating cables or trying different ports/cables (if available)

Character not showing
 

my Issue is that after I log in all my Character are gone somehow I had been trying for to login on my toons for the past 2 weeks and nothing any Idea how to fix this?

Have you updated to the Project 1999 Patch Files (V49b)?

Spell files out of date usually means your not on the right patch
