Hypothetically, when is the best part of October to take a vacation?
 

Just thinking out loud kind of spit balling, but if you were going to take a vacation in the month of October on any given year, when would you take it? Some might say the beginning of the month so you can get out and see the leaves turn. Others might say around the middle of the month is best. Then again you could wait til the end with Halloween and all.

So if I were going to take some time off in October, say this October, when should it be? Any opinions? Devs feel free to jump in on this too. Everyone is welcome to voice their thoughts!

And I'm like, well its an elf sim EMU server launch, so its hard to know the dates for sure.

Asking for time off to elf sim should be grounds for termination.

Towards the end of October. Inhospitable weather is more common then assuming you live stateside, making game sessions ideal. If both earthquakes haven't already occurred in game, there's a greater likelihood of being online for one, if not both. You can celebrate Halloween irl complete with hangover or, if wearing costumes and getting piss drunk isn't your idea of fun, a GM event / xp bonus could always happen.

If I were to take a vacation in October it would start on the last day of September.

so should being into that ninja stuff still lol :p

I used to take a day off when the new expansions would launch so we could grind to max level in a 24 hour chain pulling marathon...
