Help: logged off when zoning
 

for the past couple days I find that I will be logged off when I zone, and then when I try to log back in i get the following message: You are currently not allowed to login to the server because this IP has a temporary block on it. Please try again later. Can someone tell me what might be causing this and how it can be fixed.
