And just a quick note... if you ever make a petition or have a problem then post it in the petition section of the forums. Don't spam the GMs about your issue. I'm just tired of seeing the broadcasts about people spamming the GMs about this or that and getting suspended. =P

For me, that was getting stuck in the blood fountain in CB knowing that respawns weren't far away. The GM's had me out in under 30 seconds after submitting it.

For the right type of problem, they are super quick.
