LVL 39 Cleric Spell Turning of the Unnatural
 

Just wondering if folks could give any personal experience as to where they see this spell dropped the most. I have killed over 400 A shadowbeast on the 1st floor in ToFS and spent about 8 hrs but have yet to see any spells drop on the first floor. Does it drop more commonly on another floor?

Not going to be a lot of help with this, but I think typically spells drop off mobs that are in the same level range. First floor shadow beasts were blue at level 30 if I am not mistaken so you might need to go a bit higher up in TOFS to get the drop that you want.

I've gotten it off of the forth and fifth floors. It is pretty rare, so your time would be better spent farming 100 pp and just buying it.

The spell is almost completely useless anyway, it's no more Mana efficient than the level 44 undead nuke. Too slow to use in a group and no reason to use it solo over a nuke.

I will have to second Vexenu on this one-- if you're soloing undead, you're probably nuking/meleeing rather than root rotting. If grouping vs undead, your group's DPS would have to be alarmingly slow for it to tick to fruition
