Soul Bond (Soul binder proc)
 

The proc on Soul Binder (Soul bond) doesn't seem to work well :

- it says Soandso staggers.
- no recourse icon
- no visible regen on hp (still 2hp/tic while standing as DE after it just proced)
- no "the bond fades" message after it supposed to fade (5 tics)

This proc is not working on the Zealot's Incarnadine Sword either. You get the message when it triggers but it does nothing, no recourse and no heal.
