I am starting to do my Enc Epic.. I look on wiki and it says that "Jebs Seal" is optional and you can just go to the 1st Enc Master section, yet right at that part it says hand Jebs Seal to Modani...

Is the seal portion able to be skipped? Will I eventually have to do the part with SMR etc?

You can just collect the pieces you need and when you go to hand them in say "I need a sack" and they'll give you the bag you need to combine the pieces in.

u can get the sack directly from any of the 4 quest givers, all the sacks are the same
