How are new guilds created?
 
Im looking to start a brand new guild and have it ready to raid before Green server goes live and Masses of people leave Blue Server. I have been looking for information on the process but cant find any leads.... Um help? :P

Not 100% sure but hopefully this will help you. I believe you have to get a minimum of 3 people and I think you have to petition in game when you are all together. If you need a third person to help you get going I will gladly help you out and then you can drop me afterwards.
