Meditate not increasing for me

Young lvl 5 Troll Shaman. Meditation skill is not increasing at all... Dunno whats up. Any input would be appreciated? Don't know if this is an issue or not.

Did you train a point in it first? I believe you need to:

As long as you have trained 1 point into it, Meditate automatically happens when sitting.

I tired that and it states "You are already trained to the limit of your abilities of meditate." Currently 0 skill level in meditate.

Shaman don't get the skill until level 8. Try again then and it should work.
