Tradeskill bug (handmade backpacks)
 

I bought a few HQ bear skins, then gated to Misty to visit Tipa Lighten to get some backpack patterns. I sat my butt down and tried to combine, no luck (can't combine these items in this container msg).

I then went in to RV to the bank. Tried to combine again. Still no luck. I thought maybe I'd try patterns from a diff. merchant so I ported to WC. I was running to FP to try patterns from another merchant.

On a whim, I sat down and tried to combine again. It worked just fine. Seems to be something up with Misty/RV.

Were you lagging? I did the same thing tring to create a silk cord. I got the can't combine message. I was having connection problems, so perhaps that was why. I was in East Commonlands at the time.
