Why the high price tag? Isn’t it still
Nerfed where you can only CH one person every 20 min?

It's every 10 mins, but yes it is still nerfed. If it wasn't, it would be 500K or more. If you don't like the current market price, then go find one you can afford.

You can click any number of people with it. When it lands (30s later!) it fills a buff slot with "Complete Heal", which fades after ~7m 30s. While the buff is active that person cannot be clicked again, but you can click other people with it in that time.

It's great for mana-free recovery after a raid/group wipe.

It also has the benefit of actually doing a complete heal and not just 10000 HP. That means you can fully heal some charmed pets, whereas a cast CH would have only done a partial one.
