It is unclear whether or not this is even in game. No clue on the graphics :/

Yea man I tried doing some research but it was pretty unclear. I saw someone posted that it looked like a rolled up scroll but not 100% on how accurate that is.

Well the mob that supposedly drops it, Korucust's Curier, is in game according to one of the Chardok farmers I spoke to. He said:
