Loot Rights to *Gladiator Chain Sleeves*. Found in Kael
These drop off of "Vealok The Angry". His PH's are the Gladiators in Kael Arena. Hes typically killed during an arena raid, or a Vindi kill. He spawns near Bjorak The Cold or whatever his name is, who can drop the sceptre of mastery. Usually folks like to camp both these giants and sell the loot rights to both loot tables.
