Question about off-hand atk delay
 

Hi friends. Back after several years and starting fresh (EQ is all about the journey, right?) I've always played casters on P99 so I'm a little fuzzy on melee.

IIRC offhand weapon delay doesn't make a difference, but I was reading something earlier that suggested it might. Do I still divide dmg/delay when comparing my offhand weapons, or does dual wield do its own thing?

Yep. Offhand is pure damage ratio, since it never gets a damage bonus.
