Skills stuck at 200 as if I had undinged

So my bard Golgata, at lvl 44 where instrument skills and a few others should be capped at 225, im stuck at 200 red out. I believe this can happen when you unding, only i didnt.

Although bard's music skills will increase after lv40 in the UI they are Marked as Red and capped at 200.
