Account is showing out of date files

When I log into my account on blue it says my spell files are out of date. I can log into a seperate account totally and there are no issues? Anyone have a idea? I have the latest files. Error code Sp-1

When I change my internet from Comcast to my sprint hot spot I am able to log into the account???
