Grobb Merchant: Okun
 

When I try to interact with Okun to purchase some blacksmithing items he states "Can't you see I'm doing something here?". I have tried at different times, hailing him but he still repeats the same thing.

I was not able to recreate this on the dev server, but this can happen when they're in combat or moving. I did notice he started spinning randomly, so I changed his z-axis a bit as it was just under the ground and may cause that issue.
