Getting This Error

I just installed the new patch to try to play on the red99 server and I keep getting disconnected before the character screen , does anyone know why?

also theres 2 errors when I try to extract the patch

winrar says the dsetup.dll wont extract

can anyone help me fix this please

OOPS I figured it out, the reason why it wouldnt extract was because I was trying to do it while p99 program was open lol
