Server Select blank - anyone have the fix?
 

For months now the Server Select screen has been blank for me. If I log in and out around 50 times I sometimes get lucky and see it, but usually not.
It seems to be an internet problem, because I can literally take my computer to anybody's house but my own, use their internet, and connect just fine.

One possible solution I have come across has been a program called p99-login-middlemand. I guess this is a program that sorts out packet loss, and allows the Server Select screen to appear. It's mentioned on the forums here here and here.

However, there is a Linux and a Windows version of it, and I cannot find the Windows version of it anywhere. Every link I have found points to a non-functioning DropBox account.

Does anyone know where I can download this program so that maybe I can see the server list again? Has anyone had any success with it?
