Since patch I play can on Blue, but Red is 1017 error everytime.
 

Hey,

I've read in the FAQ that 1017 is a tricky error.

Since patch I can play on Blue no problem, which is great, except that I play on Red.

Although I can connect to Blue without issue, I get a 1017 error every single time I try to connect to Red.

I've tried other PCs, other accounts, reinstall, repatch, run as Admin, XP sp 2 compatibility, restart of PC/router/modem... and more.

Any ideas?

I had the same a while ago, it looked like my char was stuck somehow and it resetted after a few hours for me fyi ;)

Thanks for the report! :) For me, that doesn't seem likely.. I never got into the game after the patch for my toon to be stuck! And if it is, somehow, stuck... it's been that way for more than 24 hours now.

Since I posted I've reinstalled and repatched several more times. Each time I can log into Blue no problem but I still 1017 on Red every attempt.

What's the deal with Red?!
