I did some research on a monk item and found out that this NPC with these quests was added Oct 08, 2001 during a Monk/Hybrid rebalancing. Please see - http://www.project1999.com/forums/sh...84#post1532584 where I discuss and link to things reinforcing this (including the Gharn's thread).

He is a late Velious addition.

Will the "post Sleeper Awakening" quests be added now that sleeper has been awakened?

I noticed Mercutius Del Torre, isn't in the p1999 wiki nor any of the Draconic instrument quests.

Your link isn't working? And FYI while the p99 wiki is hosted by the team, they are not responsible for maintaining the content (it is player driven mainly).

Just because that npc or quests aren't listed in the wiki doesn't necessarily mean they aren't in the game. I personally haven't checked so not sure (too high an end game for me to care).

The Garath's weapon trading quest to get the Primal/Priceless Knight Swords and Monk Fists was around Nov 2001.

The draconic stuff and Ancients were post-Luclin implementations.

to my knowledge the sleeper has been awakened on p99.

therefore, The draconic instrument quests should exist and be a thing.

Not sure how it is a contradiction.

The Ancients and other post-awakening revisions occurred in 2002 after Luclin released.

Servers where the Sleeper was awakened before Luclin was released had a rough time for people wanting to get primal-type weapons until the Ancients came long during Luclin.
