Who do the ToV Minis "Belong" to?
 

Legit question for staff. If tov "belongs" to your guild during cycle, does that mean the minis belong to your guild as well? Are they still ffa? Can we still raid HoT and WToV for armor drops? Can we do these raids during the cycle? Or does the server have to wait for whoever's turn it is to finish before being allowed to farm armor/minis?

The post specifically says HoT is not included. There has not been specification as to whether that includes minis, but you can definitely farm armor drops.

All it says is "This does not apply to HoT."
But it has to apply to HoT in some way just because of where HoT is.
Consider, windows spread out over 3 days, Guild A waits until everything spawns before it commences 3 day attempt. During those 6 days, can guilds B-H farm HoT, what about the Wtov raids?
And again the minis that spawn every 3 days could spawn twice during a guilds "turn". Can anyone pop in during guild A's turn to kill them?

With this argumentation Doze would not be included either...

If doze is included and HoT minis arent..... will anyone ever finish a doze quest again?

Yes it will just take 9+ months if EVERYTHING goes right ( items drop and you win) for each item. And then you have to go about handing those items in so you might have to add a cycle to that so thats another 2-3 months.

So in a perfect world you can get Doze loot by summer of 2020 if your on top of your shit
