Bloody Shank - Bronin Higginsbot
 

Tried to hand him the shank as the quest requires in Misty Thicket: yet he refuses to accept it. After unseccessfully giving him this item about 5-6 times I decided to end his misery, thinking the shank hand in was not needed. No head dropped.

Fixed both issues, pending update.
