Regardless of level it should still be listed.
All of the specialization stuff is there and cant be trained yet.
Meditate isnt even listed

There was an issue a long time ago where people were able to train in meditate at level one. I think it was due to the Titanium client.

Now don't quote me on this but this may have been the only way they could fix it so people wouldn't start at level 1 with meditate.

So I ask again, are you level 4 and meditate still isn't available? Posting all relevant information is kind of a requirement when posting a potential bug report.
