Lammy's and yaks

Wurmslayer and jade mace

P99 proc-rates are very high, yak's are still supreme. Threat aside, the interrupt on yaks are still pretty top notch for all those casting bastards :P

These are much better than lamentation/jade mace/wurmslayer (but also a little more difficult to obtain):

you can sort by ratio, though all the things with the best ratio don't exist yet (VP weaps, epic, post-chardok revamp).

top ratio right now looks like Staff of Battle

or if you wanted 1H weapons:
