Strength of Nature is not sold in Kelethin either as suggested by a few spell lists... Will investigate more when I have a chance.

Strength of Nature was not in at Kunark release.

Pretty sure Jolt (originally level 55, not made 51 until later) was not in at release, because it was added as a remedy to aggro issues discovered after rangers started levelling up beyond 50 on hard-hitting Kunark mobs. These issues would not have been discovered until after Kunark release.

After doing a little more research today, I agree with these points. However... Storm Strength and Chloroplast were usable at Kunark launch per the Prima Official Ruins of Kunark Strategy Guide and Kunark-era Castersrealm spell lists.
