Always had 120+ FPS before now getting random lag/FPS drops
 

I have a 8700k + 1080 ti and I've always had 120fps+ playing P99 but recently I don't know what happened, could have been a windows update but it now drops randomly between 30-120fps which I think shouldn't be happening. I tried googling for answers and found something talking about EQClient.ini and CPUAffinity to set cores to -1 but I can't even find the CPUAffinity in my EQClient.ini. Anyone have any suggestions on how to get back to 120fps+ and no random fps drops or stutters?

Fixed it by running P99 in Windows XP compatibility mode if anyone else has this issue do that.
