New user, game won't load
 

I loaded EQ Titanium edition following all the directions. I made a shortcut, using the Launch Titanium.bat file. (Not sure the directions said exactly how to launch the game) The game starts, I start making a toon, pick my name and hit enter game, and the game crashes.

I read a bit more about making a shortcut using the eqgame.exe patchme, and tried that instead. I just get a message saying to use some eq.exe to launch the game.

Not sure what I am doing wrong, and unfortunately I am not all that computer literate without step by step complete directions.

Any ideas?
