Howdy everyone! I'm a freshie to EQ since I never could play it live, but I really love the hardcore-esque theme and I miss MMOs that had it. So far I'm a level 5 Warrior and on usually during the evenings everyday and weekends the entire day, so if you want to group up, PM me! I also have discord.

Brace yourself, everyone is going to tell you that playing a warrior for the first guy is going to be a painful experience. (They are mostly correct.)

Prepare for a slow journey. Warrior is brutal without twinking but you'll get there eventually and be glad you stuck it out....because you'll be one of the most sought-after / strongest classes out there.

Group with people as much as possible. There are a lot of folks leveling alts that have very deep pockets. Take your handouts when you can get them. It'll help.

Hell, I might log on for the first time in 2 months and buy you a full set of crusty armor and some weapons.

Haha! Yeah I heard warrior is brutal and I've been LFGs left and right. Buuut I've always chosen Warriors in MMOs so I kinda make the most outta it! And thanks kjs86z, but I already got some banded armor and a sword that'll do some damage. I appreciate it though!

I mained a Rogue as my first character and was fine.

When I eventually made other characters, I thought to myself "wow, this game is so easy now"
