Old Account And EQEmulator Link

I made an account in 2010 that I am trying to get into. However, when I did the EQEmulator Link it doesn't show up, Only a new one I made does. Is it possible the account being so old is the reason it doesn't show Up? Or do I have other problems?

Yep, there was an account purge in 2014, but I believe it was only accounts that hadn't been logged into in x amount of time consisting of characters level 10 and below which were deleted.

The character in the account was level 60 tho. Shouldnt have been effected right?
