Help playing on a Mac with Wineskin

Hey everyone, I am trying to play Project 1999 on my Mac, but I am having trouble figuring out what to do next. I downloaded wineskin, downloaded the EQEMU file from https://docs.google.com/…/1ma2D1Lw5e...3fQbL23S…/edit
and also downloaded the patch file and overwrote the files as instructed in the google doc instructions from this group.
I don't know what to do now, because the youtube instructions I found are old from 2013, so maybe the version numbers are wrong? also they instruct me to open discs, but the file I downloaded from this groups instructions aren't discs, they're the actual EQ folder as if it's already installed right? If anyone can help me I would be so grateful!

Someone is trying to help me on the FB group, here's what he told me
I went and followed his directions except that I used 1280x800

1 The files are right
2 The lines are as follows in the example, you can check your resolution but it's probably around there

[VideoMode]
WindowedWidth=1920
WindowedHeight=1080
Width=1920
Height=1080
WidthFullscreen=1920
HeightFullscreen=1080

If you're on a smaller monitor or most laptops, your resolution may be smaller, 1440 x 900, 1280x800, something like that, just check before editing the ini file to make sure you have the right sizes

Please anyone help, I just really want to play!

Let me try to help here. She downloaded EQEMU from the link she posted above as well as patch files and overwrote. I know she did that part right because it worked on my windows comp.

Next since the youtube was outdated she followed this post:

https://www.project1999.com/forums/s...ad.php?t=56238

She did everything in the directions including updating the 6 parameters she posted above

[VideoMode]
WindowedWidth=1920
WindowedHeight=1080
Width=1920
Height=1080
WidthFullscreen=1920
HeightFullscreen=1080

to 1280x800

Now when she goes to open the wrapper "Project 1999" it moves down to bottom of screen like macs do, does a little baby bounce thing and nothing happens lol. If she tries to open it again, the icon bounces again a little and nothing happens. She tries to open activity monitor and it doesn't even show project 1999, so we are thinking it's crashing before it opens. The guy helping her on FB said to check that because that'll help to know if it's open just not visible due to window ini settings. Any ideas guys ? She's been trying to get on P99 for like 2 weeks now straight, and is ready to give up :/

I never had to download patches or overwrite any files. Did you follow this guide? https://www.project1999.com/forums/s...ad.php?t=56238. I got it working just fine on my 2011 macbook air.

The High Sierra fix is here, although I think that's been fixed on the wine side so it may not be required anymore? https://www.project1999.com/forums/s...d.php?t=282290

Yep I followed that thread, but it doesn't include the actual everquest file right? You have to download EQEMU or get a hold of titanium right? What did you do to get the EQ file itself? We used the EQEMU from this writeup we got from the p1999 facebook group.

She upgraded to Mojave Mac OS (Mojave is version of Mac OS right? I'm not Mac guy lol) for this before doing anything.
