peg cloak loot rights
 

Need peg cloak bad, can't seem to get around as a warrior without it.
I've been AFK for a number of years so please let me know the going rate, there used to be a bard that would sell loot rights for 6k plat that seems fair to me.

I believe loot rights go for around 10K now

I'd be willing to negotiate if I have someone willing to sell me loot rights.
