Weird Warping/Rubberbanding
 

This is my first day on this project. I went to go to BB from Felwithe and after I zoned I ended up with about 2x the speed of Lvl 75 bard speed. I tried zoning back into felwithe thinking it might fix it but after I zoned back in I still had the higher speed and the game was saying it was detecting warp/rubberbanding. I logged out from the period of about 1915 to 2210 hours pst, thinking that an extended log out period would fix the issue. However it doesn't.
