Loading spell bar
 

I've seen people do it in streams but how do you load a spell without clicking on spell bar?

Do you mean loading spells into the bar when your bar is empty? Or casting a spell without clicking the icon on the bar?

Loading an empty bar -
I dont know, it is possible in Live EQ using saved spell sets etc, but i dont think that works in 1999

Casting a Spell -
You can create a hotkey button that uses '/cast 1' which will then cast whatever spell is in position 1 (top) of your spell bar.

Nope its more than that. I know you can do the /cast 1 or Alt 1-8 to cast.
Its loading spells into an empty slot onto your bar. You click on the spell so you get the gem and without clicking on which spell slot on your spell bar, it will just mem it to that spot.

It's the same hotkey as casting.
So for me, it's e.g.
- Slot 5 is free
- Click SoW in spell book
- Alt+5
- SoW get's memmed in slot 5
