FBSS, Swiftclaw Sash, or Sash of Dragonborn and cheap/good Warrior weapons
 

Two friends of mine began playing, so I'm looking to equip my Warrior I rolled to game with them. Haste would be nice!
Paying 2,000pp for FBSS, or 2,750pp for Sash of the Dragonborn, or 750pp for Swiftclaw Sash.

Also buying good bang/buck Warrior weapons, such as Jarsath Trident, Fist of Zek, Staff of Battle, and some sort of 2HS.
