Ice Forged Shackle click spell range is too small. The range should be 30, but it is more like 5.

Just FYI, you will have far more success with your bug report if you can provide any sort of evidence (eg. posts or screenshots from old EQ sites using the Wayback Machine).

Otherwise it just comes down to one person's memory vs. another.

I dont have proof nor looked but yeah its way to small of a range.

It was definately had a larger range on live, but not absurdly longer. 30-50 range iirc.

I remember using it to pull with on my pally when I got it (in dungeons.)

I agree that the Shackle Shards range I experienced in 2001/2002 Live seemed farther than P99 (which seems closer).
