Recharging items on red
 

Hello everyone,

In the guide to recharging items (https://wiki.project1999.com/Guide_to_Recharging_Items), it is said that "This guide pertains to blue server ONLY. Item recharging has been nerfed on the red server."

How has it been nerfed? Does recharging work at al on red?

It has been nerfed on red in the sense that you cannot recharge items by vendors.
