Bard Regen Audio
 

Hymn of Restoration plays an audio sound every 6 seconds. I looked and cannot find any references but I am certain it did not behave this way in classic. It is very annoying, and annoying to fellow group mates!

I also searched and couldn't find this bug posted yet. Hope it's not a repeat. Keep up the good work guys!

It definitely did not behave this way in Kunark.

I believe method for using a non-audio version of the bard effect has been found.

Should be fixed soon.

clarity and psalms were fixed. hymn of resto still plays a sound.

Yes sadly this was not fixed. :(

shield of song has audio as well.

Shield of song correctly has a noise. Hymn of resto got missed somehow. You'll just have to deal for another patch. Most of them are gone.

Niv's Melody of Preservation also plays a sound upon ticking, AND has a sound as it is being cast. The sound is similar to what you hear when you cast a dot as a shaman or a druid.
