Harm Touch
 

Ok so i know that they increased resist and mess with spells and such BUT is harm touch suppose to be resisted or was it always suppose to hit?:confused: Why I am wondering is it got resisted and i almost died cause a 2nd mob attacked me killed with 1% hp.

HT can be resisted.

HT can be resisted but it should be very rare vs. anything near or under your level.

From what I remember, HT could only be resist passed lvl 30...I just hit a lvl 4 mobs with a 5hp HT! When it's supposed to hit for 61...(I'm lvl 6).
