Bug? Underwater sound doesn't stop...
 

From North K, go to the bridge to SK, but don't cross it. Swim under it to the SK zone line. You'll zone fine, but end up on the bridge on the SK side, with the underwater gurgle sound playing. It doesn't stop.

Did this the other day. I think it definitely has to do with zoning while under water. I had to port from surefall glade for some reason b/c i was stuck in the water in the caves. Couldn't get rid of it w/o logging off and back on. Not a biggie though.
