Sudden slowdowns on my bard
 

I use windows XP and I've never had this problem until today. On both the beta and live servers, sometimes selo's will just slow down, but quickly speed back up to normal selo's speed (after about half a second). What could be the cause of this?

Sometimes this happened to me when I was lagging due to graphics. Rebooting should fix it.
