can i get a link to where i need to get the "new spell files" required to play now that Kunark is active? thanks.

On the getting started page it now has V5 of the file, I just downloaded this but it still says I have the wrong spell file and can't login.

My current eq directory had spells_en.txt this one has spells_us.txt... I havent updated in a long time so not sure what's up..

are there new files for kunark? i only see the original V5 file for the server. or is it if you can play on the sever you will be able to play on kunark as well?

Instead of manually doing anything use the installer in my signature, it will set it all up for you in a few clicks.

The latest patch says you must have V4 version of the spell files however on the get started page it says V5. I assume this is why I cannot login?

I would think it would be set up to work with V4 and anything after that, unless they messed something up.

Your directory should have both Spells_en and Spells_us I believe, but _us is the only one that they update (and maybe the only one that gets used?). Maybe it's not overwriting it properly?
