shiftless deeds not slowing
 

I searched "shiftless deeds" and didn't see any matches.

This spell isn't slowing like it should. Mobs are hitting at regular speed. I'm guessing it happened when the new spell files happened.

Togor's has the same issue right now :/

Togors doesnt work, but Tagars does, and the lower slows (drowsy etc).

Yeah I'm using Tagar's for now. Won't matter for me in a couple days anyways!

Yeah, unless the 51 slow is also bugged :P

Is there a file I need to update to reflect the change for shiftless deeds. It doesn't seem to be working.
