Yup, can’t get in. RIP all my items. Hoping the GMs have some sympathy.

If someone else picked up the items there's nothing they can do. Otherwise there's a possibility they will replace them, not sure if they always do. Even if they do, don't expect it to be quick, they need to confirm the first part, and that can take some time.

Can’t get in either, but what are you talking about, what happened to your items?

Edit: ahhh... well that sucks. Don’t drop xfer!

Very unlikely that someone would have picked the items up considering I was transferring them way out of the way from any kind of traffic / eyes.
