Function Targeting Broken?

Granted I've been gone a while...

Can't seem to target self with F1, closest target with F7 etc
In fact none of the function keys seem to be working on different computers.
Yes they are set on the options for this, or is there something I'm overlooking?

Try technical discussion forums. The Function Lock key is common on Microsoft keyboards.
