spell refresh
 

At certain times during the day it seems the server will freak out (perhaps my eq client too?) and when i cast a spell it'll not actually make me cast te spell, but my spells will all grey out, and my guys not doing any kind of spell casting, then all the sudden 3 seconds later the spell effects will happen the mob will get hit w the spell, and my gems will all refresh. anyone else experience this? its got me killed again for like the 3rd time so i thought i'd come report it finally lol
