Does Celestial Tranquility (monk epic) stack with haste ?
 

Hey guys, title says it all : does Celestial Tranquility (monk epic) stack with shaman or enchanter haste ?

My buddies at home play a monk and Druid.

With my ranger, it is cool having a group where all melee are hasted and we have a source of slow without need for a fourth player.

If the monk would only finish his epic, that is!

You realize p99 has 3 versions of haste (4 in luclin)? There is song haste, there is not overhaste.

V0 (worn), V1 (normal spell + item proc/cast; ench/shaman/bard main line), V2 (bard - ervaj)

V0 + V1 + V2 maxes at 100%.

Then V3 overhaste over 100% (in luclin)
