Targeted (NPC) - Right click on the NPC to consider it
 

Hello fellow EQ players,

I often see screenshots or videos of players, where the targethelp / tutorialoption is turned on and it always says:

Targeted(NPC): Guard Reskin [the targeted NPC]
Right click on the NPC to consider him.

After a fresh Everquest installation it was turned on for me, too, and i couldn’t find a way to turn it off. Not on the p1999 forums and not through a google search for EQ live boards.
Also it’s massively annoying.

After digging through the eqclient.ini I found the solution for this:

Add the following line in the eqclient.ini under

[Defaults]
LeftClickTargetHelp=0

I hope i could help some to get rid of this annoying „feature“.
